About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team at Co-op Digital. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the store team, coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, and delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the store team and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Coach and supervise Customer Team Members to achieve high standards of customer service
  • Manage the store's operations, including stock accuracy and diligence checks
  • Support the Store Manager in deputising and delivering HR processes
  • Develop and implement new products and services in the store
  • Build relationships with customers and the local community
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead by example
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a range of different shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Desire to learn and grow in a leadership role
  • Great people skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
