Financial Management Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract)

We are in search of a proficient Financial Management Specialist for a fixed-term engagement. This position plays a vital role in bolstering the growth and achievements of our Commercial Finance division.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with delivering comprehensive financial management services, evaluating financial performance, and aiding significant projects within the commercial vehicle sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate precise monthly financial reports accompanied by insightful analysis.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and address discrepancies.
  • Uphold internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Support the development of a high-performing Commercial Finance team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with pertinent experience.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong technical accounting capabilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
