Role Overview:
Imperium Financial Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mortgage Case Manager to join one of the leading mortgage intermediary firms. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing mortgage applications and ensuring a seamless process for clients from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of mortgage cases, handling each case from initial client contact through to final approval and completion.
- Review and assess mortgage applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and address any queries or issues.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on mortgage products, processes, and requirements.
- Coordinate with underwriting teams to ensure timely processing and approval of mortgage applications.
- Monitor the progress of each case, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
