Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Accounts Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our global accounts team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our international key account customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Support the Global Account Director in maintaining and developing relationships across all existing and potential customers.
  • Framework Execution: Drive the execution of framework agreements through the Key Account network in all markets to achieve Global Accounts goals and objectives.
  • Contract Management: Track the implementation of Global Account Frameworks and mandated contracts.
  • Proposal Development: Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results.
  • Tender Support: Support the completion and submission of tenders for Global Key Accounts.
  • Customer Insights: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and develop and maintain the Salesforce site for visibility of opportunities and pipeline.
  • Customer Service: Manage incoming customer queries and provide timely resolution in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Lead Coordination: Coordinate and manage Global Account leads and plan for installations and removals as required by new or existing accounts.
  • Quality Assurance: Liaise with Country Technical Managers ensuring quality audit requirements are met.
  • Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate maintenance of all records relating to Key Accounts.
  • Administrative Support: Administrative experience in a service & sales environment.
  • Customer Service Experience: B2B Customer Service telephone and/or face-to-face experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office Packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel – preferably at an intermediate level).
  • Industry Experience: Service Industry experience.
