Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Equiniti. As a key member of our payroll and client automated payments administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Payroll Administration: Process payroll transactions, reconcile payments, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business success.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain expertise and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, payroll administration, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with payroll processing software.
