Job Summary:

Westlakes Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordination Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical aspects of configuration and change management between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration Management: Oversee design changes, open-points, and interfaces to ensure seamless configuration management.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional technical issues and ensure timely resolution through effective stakeholder management.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve cross-functional technical issues by coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders and ensuring effective communication.
  • Progress Reporting: Present and share progress, including KPI production and data analysis, to support management and decision-making.
  • Quality Control: Conduct internal quality control checks to ensure consistency of engineering deliverables.
  • Experience Feedback: Participate in the management of experience feedback from previous projects.
  • Progress Updates: Report to the team manager on activity progress.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Several years of experience in one or several engineering disciplines, including nuclear safety, electrical, mechanical, systems, civil, and layout.
