Job Description
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their individual care plans and provide support that's tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Support clients with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Engage with clients in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental well-being
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and our team, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients. You'll also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
