About the RoleWe are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Sandy Mount, a 3-story building with 42 flats onsite. Our residents are aged 65 and above, and we have a strong focus on their well-being and quality of life. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting their independence.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and career with us, as we invest in our staff's pay, recognition, wellbeing, and continued professional and personal development.
