We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker in North Lanarkshire. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, helping them to develop new skills and providing personal and emotional support.

About the Role:

  • No previous experience or qualifications are required, as full training will be provided.
  • You must be comfortable with lone working and supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You will be a self-starter with a high level of motivation and a keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to be confident, articulate, and professional.
