Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our team at Mochridhe Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently and achieve their goals in life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housework.
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health.
  • Current membership of the PVG scheme and registration with SSSC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
