About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Merco Medical Staffing Limited. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting empowerment and independence
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • A caring and compassionate nature, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
