Key Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls from customers and respond to their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer orders and confirm details over the phone.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to offer upgrades and promotions.
  • Maximize sales opportunities and upsell products such as next day delivery and our VIP club.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
