Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and enhance value for money in new build residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all costs related to new build residential developments
  • Minimise costs while maintaining required standards and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • HNC/HND in Surveying or Equivalent
  • Proven Experience as a PQS/SQS/Commercial Lead
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
