About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Digital team at Astro Studios, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our digital solutions and driving innovation in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test strategies to ensure the quality of our digital products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Design and execute automated tests using tools such as Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent
  • Perform functional and non-functional testing to ensure the quality of our digital solutions
  • Work closely with developers to identify and resolve defects
  • Contribute to the development of our technical automation framework
  • Act as a role model for junior QA engineers and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and testing
  • Strong understanding of test management and defect tracking tools
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and branching strategies
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
  • Experience with automation frameworks and approaches such as Selenium, TestNG, Visual Studio CodedUI, BDD tools such as Cucumber, or SpecFlow
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
