Lead Gender Lens Investment Strategist

IAC is collaborating with the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG) to find a qualified Senior Gender Lens Investment Manager. This pivotal position offers flexibility in location, allowing for a hybrid work model.

PIDG is dedicated to advancing gender equality and inclusion, ensuring that infrastructure initiatives positively impact women and girls by tackling the specific challenges they encounter. As the Senior Gender Lens Investment Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing PIDG's gender equality initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Sustainable Impact Officer, you will deliver innovative insights on gender, diversity, and inclusion within investment strategies, portfolio oversight, and sector development. Additionally, you will lead efforts to safeguard against gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) while promoting disability inclusion across investments.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Transforming gender equality screening and assessment processes for investments.
  • Integrating comprehensive gender data into monitoring frameworks.
  • Establishing impactful outcome indicators.
  • Conducting thorough portfolio analyses.
  • Collaborating on inventive technical assistance and market engagement initiatives.

You will also spearhead PIDG's internal gender equality and inclusion programs.
