Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Lead Investment Strategists to support the ongoing expansion of Titan Wealth and its subsidiaries. This role involves managing client investments on both discretionary and advisory bases, while also providing additional related services as outlined in the Client Agreement. A key responsibility will be to facilitate the introduction of new funds under management into our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee client investment portfolios, providing tailored investment advice to align with clients' objectives and risk profiles, adhering to the firm's Asset Allocation framework and Client Suitability standards.
- Act as a representative of the firm to clients, prospective clients, and referral sources, ensuring business development aligns with strategic and financial goals.
- Uphold the highest compliance standards in accordance with regulatory obligations and company policies, ensuring all practices meet or exceed legal requirements.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, promoting a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Ensure adherence to company policies in investment practices and service delivery, maintaining accurate records of any significant deviations.
- Supervise support staff in achieving their individual and team objectives, where applicable.
- Enhance personal professional development through on-the-job training, formal education, and relevant professional qualifications.
- Familiarize and comply with the company's Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) policy and Client Data Security protocols.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding and compliance with the firm's Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures.
- Be well-versed in the firm's complaint handling processes as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Perform additional duties as reasonably required.
- Maintain compliance with the integrity, training, and financial soundness standards as per the FIT and Proper Test for Approved Persons.
- Adhere to Conduct of Business Rules, including client classification, regular information reviews, suitability of investment advice, and ensuring fair treatment of client conflicts.
- Ensure that client transactions are executed with appropriate frequency and adhere to Consumer Duty outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Investment Management or a related field within an Asset Management firm.
- Comprehensive knowledge of equity, fixed income, and alternative investment assets.
- Strong passion for financial markets, with a keen interest in financial theory and multi-asset investment strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of generating strong investment ideas.
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Business-oriented with a strong customer focus.
- CFA or CAIA certification is a plus.
