About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Lead to join our team at Goodman Masson. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement and process excellence across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Business Improvement Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data and insights, to ensure strong data governance and effective communication.
  • Implement Process Improvements: Analyze internal data and external benchmarking to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive value for money initiatives.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Implement new methods for gathering and analyzing customer feedback data to enhance business processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support Change Management: Collaborate with business leads to redesign and test new ways of working, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Lead Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and implement customer journey maps to prioritize change initiatives and drive business transformation.
  • Address Root Causes: Identify and address the root causes of customer and service issues to support continuous transformation and change.
  • Support Service Owners: Collaborate with service owners to deliver change program service blueprinting activities, ensuring effective project management.
  • Identify Future Needs: Anticipate future needs and develop solutions to address them, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as a Liaison: Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external parties, translating how information technology can support organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with IT and Change Teams: Work closely with IT, change, and frontline service teams to achieve strategic and operational change goals.
  • Support Adoption: Prepare and support individuals to adopt and utilize identified changes to business processes, systems, and technology.

  • Ability to Work with Complex Data: You are able to work with complex data to identify areas of inefficiency and drive process improvements.
  • Experience in Customer Data Analysis: You have experience analyzing customer data and utilizing customer journey templates to enhance customer experience.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: You possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to collate information in a planned and timely manner.
  • Ability to Identify Issues and Develop Solutions: You are able to identify issues with current processes and develop creative solutions to address them.
  • Coaching and Supporting Users: You have experience coaching and supporting users through business and change initiatives.
  • Comprehensive IT Proficiency: You possess comprehensive IT proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Adaptable and Decisive: You are adaptable and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
