About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to develop your knowledge, skills, and practice across a wide range of social work issues. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of specific targeted intervention work, achieving positive and improved outcomes for children. The post holder will bring high standards of practice ability and skills to work in line with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of assessment and specific targeted intervention work
- Develop and implement plans to achieve positive outcomes for children
- Work in partnership with parents and carers to provide support and guidance
- Contribute to the development of the team and service
- Diploma/MA in Social Work, CQSW, CSS or equivalent and current Social Work England registration
- Experience of working in a relationship-based way and being a supportive team member
- Ability to write to a high standard and demonstrate analytical skills
- Experience of giving evidence in court (desirable)
- Practice educator qualification or experience of supporting and mentoring others (desirable)
