About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Building Consultancy team at Galbraith. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of numerous and varied projects simultaneously, working closely with other Galbraith teams and departments to coordinate effective client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage all project phases, sourcing and allocating resources as required to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with colleagues at all levels of seniority across the business and with clients, contractors, and external consultants to deliver projects to time, cost, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Project Managing construction or other complex projects to time, cost, and quality.
  • Ability to engage confidently with colleagues at all levels of seniority across the business and with clients, contractors, and external consultants across a range of sectors.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Experience using AutoCAD / Revit and familiarity with the Scottish Technical Standards and planning process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
