Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Efficient Service Delivery in Scotland. As a key member of our Environment Business, you will be responsible for delivering projects across multiple sites and frameworks, ensuring successful project outcomes and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project delivery outputs, including subordinates, programme, financial position, health safety, environmental performance, and progress for allocated schemes.
- Assume responsibility for the management of multiple concurrent projects across the Framework, ensuring successful delivery against project KPIs and PI.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety, environmental, and quality systems.
- Manage project teams, ensuring clear objectives, roles, and responsibilities for each member.
- Assist the Operations Manager with the utilisation of direct labour resources across projects.
- Assume responsibility for the financial performance of the portfolio of projects, with overall responsibility for Profit/Loss on contracts under control.
- Produce project performance reports and participate in monthly financial/programme reviews for all schemes with the Commercial Manager, Head of Construction, and Regional Operations Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all company commercial and financial procedures.
- Complete contract documentation, establish and agree price variations, and final accounts.
- Prepare estimates and quotations and provide tender vetting for governance stages of projects.
- IOSH or CITB 5 Day Site Safety Management (SMSTS) certification.
- CSCS card.
- Demonstrable experience of working within the water and/or sewage industries.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (email/phone/face-to-face).
- Ability to review options and make decisions for project success.
