About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Europlan Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project controls and Engineering Value Management to ensure the successful delivery of our rail projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate cost forecasts.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop risk management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for project performance evaluation, and provide regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and manage project changes, including scope changes, schedule adjustments, and cost impact assessments via the Early Warning Register.
  • Coordinate with resource managers to ensure the availability of personnel and equipment as per project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that projects adhere to quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain effective communication with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project.
  • Utilize project management and control software/tools for data analysis and reporting, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in project controls within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of other project management software and tools.
  • Master's degree in Project Management or a related field (desired).
  • Familiarity with subsea cable construction projects (desired).
  • Experience in Gas & Oil, Manufacturing, Energy, Water, and Manufacturing Industries.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
