About the Role

The successful candidate will provide specialised support to students with complex needs related to Mental Health, Anxiety, and Behaviour, ensuring their individual Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Support: Provide individualised support to students with complex needs, ensuring their EHCPs are effectively implemented.
  • Collaboration with Teaching Staff: Work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive and engaging curriculum that addresses the specific challenges associated with Mental Health, Anxiety, and Behaviour.
  • Learning Environment: Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment to promote social, emotional, and mental well-being, with a focus on addressing anxiety and behaviour challenges.
Requirements
  • Compassion and Adaptability: A deep understanding of the diverse needs associated with Mental Health, Anxiety, and Behaviour, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique requirements of individual students.
