The Role:
We are in search of a dedicated MLD Educator to contribute to our mission. This role involves creating customized educational experiences that motivate and assist our students. You will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about enhancing the educational journey of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students with MLD.
  • Encourage a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters student development and confidence.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and external organizations to support a comprehensive educational approach.
  • Regularly evaluate and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and contribute positively to the school community.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant experience in teaching students with MLD or SEN.
  • Strong knowledge of effective strategies for supporting children with moderate learning difficulties.
  • Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to the growth and well-being of each student.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative spirit.
  • A proactive mindset, with a commitment to ongoing improvement in educational practices.
