At Protocol Education, we are looking for committed professionals to join our team as Special Educational Needs Teachers. This role is ideal for qualified teachers who are enthusiastic about supporting children and young people with various educational needs, employing innovative and adaptable teaching strategies to enhance their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging teaching, tutoring, and mentoring sessions.
- Deliver personalized and interactive sessions tailored to the unique needs of each learner.
- Prepare detailed lesson reports and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
Essential Qualifications:
- Recognized Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS / PGCE / B.Ed / PTLLS / DTLLS / CELTA).
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
- Experience working with young individuals with Additional Educational Needs.
- Understanding of safeguarding protocols.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Two professional references.

All quoted pay rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of a permanent role in the future.
