Lead Supply Planner for UK Brands

We are excited to announce a pivotal role within the Supply Chain division of Estée Lauder Companies for a Senior Supply Planner focusing on the Commercial Region. This position is essential for overseeing inventory management across a specific cluster of Brands within the UK market. The Senior Supply Planner will play a critical role in optimizing inventory levels while ensuring service excellence and enhancing decision-making through advanced supply chain analytics and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate effectively with Demand Planning, Global Supply Chain, Brands, and Finance to create balanced supply plans aligned with strategic objectives through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework.
  • Manage and enhance the supply plan and delivery of finished goods from manufacturing sites to distribution centers.
  • Achieve Customer Service and Inventory targets utilizing advanced tools. Regularly engage with Center of Excellence teams to refine regional supply planning parameters.
  • Define strategies and action plans to meet regional inventory and service level KPIs, conducting regular reviews with commercial teams to optimize stock levels.
  • Develop strategic allocations and supply commitments based on operational forecasts.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of product launches and events, proactively identifying and communicating potential risks.
  • Manage the execution of seasonal programs effectively.
  • Facilitate integration with Demand Planning, Retail Supply Chain, and Distribution & Logistics teams.
  • Drive the evolution of the IBP process through strong Brand partnerships.
  • Proactively escalate and communicate challenges while implementing effective resolutions.
  • Lead and manage broader supply chain initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, particularly with data visualization tools.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Proficient in Excel and SAP BI.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP SCM/ECC & APO systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
