Job Title: Branded Medical Supply Chain Planner

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our end-to-end supply chain, ensuring timely product delivery, and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain, from procurement to delivery, to ensure seamless operations and optimal stock availability.
  2. Forecasting and Demand Planning: Participate in monthly reviews to update inventory settings and assist in forecast updates to ensure accurate demand planning.
  3. Inventory and Production Planning: Monitor supply signals, manage purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  4. Freight and Inbound Planning: Arrange freight, update shipping details, coordinate inbound logistics, and manage customs clearance to ensure smooth product delivery.
  5. Warehousing and Stock Control: Address inventory shortages, communicate with 3PL warehouses, monitor stock conditions, and provide new item details to ensure accurate stock levels.
  6. Distribution: Process orders, manage returns, and communicate batch information with retailers to ensure efficient distribution.

Requirements:

  1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration is preferred.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with knowledge of import/export processes, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  3. Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with supply chain management software.
