We are thrilled to announce a pivotal role within the Estée Lauder Companies' Supply Chain division for a Senior Supply Chain Planner. This position is essential for overseeing inventory management across a specific Brand or cluster of Brands within the UK Region. The Senior Supply Chain Planner will focus on optimizing inventory levels while ensuring service excellence and enhancing decision-making through improved supply chain analytics and reporting.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate effectively with Demand Planning, Global Supply Chain, Brands, and Finance to create balanced supply plans aligned with established objectives and operational guidelines.
  • Manage and enhance the planning and delivery of finished goods from manufacturing sites to distribution centers.
  • Achieve Customer Service and Inventory targets through advanced tools, regularly engaging with Centers of Excellence to optimize regional supply planning parameters.
  • Define strategies and action plans to meet regional inventory and service level KPIs, conducting regular inventory assessments with commercial teams to prevent excess stock.
  • Develop strategic allocations and supply commitments based on operational forecasts.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of product launches and events, proactively identifying and communicating potential risks.
  • Manage the planning and execution of seasonal programs.
  • Support integration with Demand Planning, Retail Supply Chain, and Distribution & Logistics functions.
  • Drive the evolution of the Integrated Business Planning process through collaboration with Brand partners.
  • Effectively communicate and escalate issues while developing and implementing resolutions.
  • Lead and execute broader supply chain initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly with data visualization tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Proficient in supply chain management systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior management and stakeholders to provide recommendations.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
