Job Summary

The NSPCC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fundraiser to lead the delivery of our Letter from Santa campaign and other fundraising products. As a key member of our Fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve the efficiency of our fundraising operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the Letter from Santa product, increasing revenue and efficiency.
  • Lead the delivery of Letter from Santa and other fundraising products, ensuring targets, KPIs, and strategic objectives are met.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the NSPCC, ensuring they have the information and resources needed to support the product.
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for supporters engaging with Letter from Santa.

Requirements

  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work with complex numerical data.
  • Experience in cultivating internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven experience in project or product management within the charity sector or similar size business.
