About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our performance marketing strategy, managing multi-channel paid marketing campaigns, and optimizing digital content for SEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel paid marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.
  • Manage and optimize digital content to enhance SEO and organic performance.
  • Keep marketing infrastructure updated to ensure accurate tracking and attribution aligned with business results.
  • Utilize analytics tools and tracking platforms to measure campaign performance, conduct post-campaign analysis, and report regularly to stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and revenue forecasting to maximize marketing efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Expertise in all paid media channels (PPC/Paid Search & Paid Social).
  • A track record in performance management with the ability to analyze data and report on marketing funnel performance.
  • Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
