We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead one of our divisions, with a £10m turnover, in a commercial and financial position. As a leading force in the Divisional Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of the Forecourt business unit.

This role involves driving growth, ensuring profitability, and aligning the business unit's objectives with the company's overall strategic goals. You will lead a team of senior managers and a broader team of 140 colleagues, working closely with the group central functions and other divisions to ensure efficient & consistent ways of working.

Success will be assessed and measured on group, business unit & divisional financial performance (revenue & EBITDA), customer & stakeholder feedback, and the successful execution of the division's targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the business unit's overall objectives
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all business activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Lead a team of senior managers and a broader team of 140 colleagues
  • Work closely with the group central functions and other divisions to ensure efficient & consistent ways of working
