Your Role

This Office Services Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key member of our support staff. Based between our Gatwick and Chichester offices, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities and supporting our colleagues.

  • Manage and maintain the office environment, ensuring it meets our high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with the IT team to ensure seamless technology integration and optimal system performance.
  • Maintain effective communication with staff members, visitors, and third-party suppliers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone support and correspondence.
  • Support document production and billing processes, including PA duties and diary management.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:
