Your RoleThis Office Services Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key member of our support staff. Based between our Gatwick and Chichester offices, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities and supporting our colleagues.
- Manage and maintain the office environment, ensuring it meets our high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and implement procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with the IT team to ensure seamless technology integration and optimal system performance.
- Maintain effective communication with staff members, visitors, and third-party suppliers.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone support and correspondence.
- Support document production and billing processes, including PA duties and diary management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background in facilities or management, with a focus on risk awareness and IT skills.
- Experience in managing office services and facilities, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 25 days' holiday, flexible pension schemes, and access to exclusive employee discounts.
