We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Residential Home Manager to lead our 6-bed Children's Residential Learning Disabilities home in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
About the Role:
- Manage a team of staff to provide therapeutic care and support to young people with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards and is safe and efficient.
- Recruit and manage staff to meet the needs of the service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of young people.
Requirements:
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services).
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services.
- Experience working in a Deputy or Registered Manager's position in a residential children's home environment.
