Position Overview
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic Commercial Team.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Commercial Account Manager and Account Executives in fulfilling business objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing account communications and ensuring timely responses to client needs.
- Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement within the organization.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with our client base to exceed business expectations.
- Engage proactively in all aspects of the Strategic Account Manager role.
- Coordinate the collection of requests from both internal and external clients, ensuring task completion.
- Collaborate with various teams at HealthNet to implement and execute our strategic plans.
- Facilitate account evaluations with both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Provide on-demand support to external clients, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Conduct regular audits on shared data to maintain accuracy.
- Offer proactive and trusted support to customer accounts.
- Perform administrative tasks specific to accounts, maintaining a focus on detail and urgency.
Senior Responsibilities
- Oversee the collection of requests from internal and external clients, ensuring timely task management.
- Work collaboratively across HealthNet's departments to achieve our strategic goals.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Sales team to fulfill business needs.
- Lead and facilitate account evaluations with both internal teams and clients.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues for external clients.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
- Conduct regular audits on shared data to ensure its accuracy.
- Deliver proactive and trusted support to customer accounts.
- Execute account-specific administrative duties with a strong attention to detail.
- Maintain effective organizational practices.
- Adhere to and promote relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure patient safety.
- Contribute to HealthNet's dedication to continuous improvement by sharing suggestions with relevant personnel.
- Engage in ongoing personal and professional development.
- Perform any additional duties appropriate to the role's experience and grade.
- Understand the company's strategic objectives and align daily activities accordingly.
