Frasers Group is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our digital marketing strategy by providing data-driven insights and driving informed decision-making across all channels.

As the owner of our digital marketing measurement framework, you will leverage your expertise in analytics tools and techniques to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and uncover actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams and stakeholders to translate data into tangible recommendations that optimize campaigns and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework for measuring the success of digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, R/Python, Power BI, and Looker to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics, including return on investment (ROI), cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Collaborate with the experimentation team to design and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Present your findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing analytics.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and data visualization techniques.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, R/Python, Power BI, and Looker.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous learning.
