This newly established position will play a vital role in the execution and coordination of operational strategies to uphold the quality standards that align with our mission and brand ethos in both pre-opening and operational phases. The Brand Champion will collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless brand experience for our guests, advocating for excellence and high standards at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pre-opening teams with training plans and support the induction process for new team members.
- Provide necessary standards and policies to implement brand guidelines in the hotel.
- Support operational teams throughout the pre-opening, opening, and post-opening phases to ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Document feedback and direction for improvement after opening.
- Facilitate the adoption of new and existing brand standards through operational training and support.
- Contribute to the implementation of best practices across the company.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring they are achievable and measurable.
- Maintain visibility and regular communication with operational teams to gather feedback on brand standards, product quality, service levels, and overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a lifestyle hospitality brand is essential.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in dynamic environments.
