We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR professional to join our growing team at The Brain Charity. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR Manager to deliver a best practice and comprehensive HR service that aligns with our organisational mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Support the HR Manager in delivering a best practice HR service, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are fair, equitable, and aligned with organisational objectives.
- Conduct employee relations investigations, providing recommendations for resolution and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives.
- Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and training providers.
- 25 days contractual annual leave, rising to 28 days for full-time employees.
