Supervise and Develop Financial Planning Team

The role of Management Supervisor at IDEX Consulting involves overseeing the performance and competency of Planners and supporting development across the Financial Planning Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise IFA's: Ensure compliance with FCA training and competence requirements.
  • Identify Training Needs: Determine training requirements for IFA's to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct Quarterly Meetings: Hold KPI meetings with IFA's and conduct 1-2-1 sessions to discuss progress and goals.
  • Deliver Training: Provide training to Planners and the wider team to improve the quality of advice given.
  • Organise Individual Training Plans: Develop tailored training plans for IFA's to address specific needs.
  • Analyse KPI Information: Review and analyse KPI data to inform training and development decisions.
  • Document Records: Maintain accurate records of training requirements and progress.
  • Prepare Quarterly Reports: Compile reports on team performance and progress.
  • Conduct File Checks: Conduct pre and post new business file checks and annual review file checks.
  • Sit in Client Meetings: Observe client meetings to provide support and guidance.
