Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at City Group Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our client contracts and accounts in the London and South region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Ensure the smooth operation of security services on client sites, including management of staffing, operations, and sub-contractors.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes and implement changes to drive continuous improvement.
- Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate where necessary.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Business Development: Identify new services and opportunities to grow and expand the business.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the security industry.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the security industry, its services, and clients.
- Contract Management: Strong understanding of contracts, contract governance, and contractual language.
