About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Programmes Manager to join our team at Goodman Masson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team that delivers a range of community programmes and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of community programme coordinators to deliver high-quality services to our community
  • Develop and implement effective community programmes and services that meet the needs of our community
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and other organizations
  • Manage budgets, resources, and finances to ensure the effective delivery of community programmes and services
  • Ensure the safe operation of community hubs and sites, including building safety and compliance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and developing community programmes and services
  • Strong business planning and development skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective community programmes and services
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of community programme coordinators
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and other organizations
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and finances to ensure the effective delivery of community programmes and services
