Our Digital Marketing Team

We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to take a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies. In today's fast-paced digital landscape, promoting products and services through online channels is vital, offering significant growth opportunities for companies like ours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, plan, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing plan, working closely with the Marketing Manager.
  • Measure ROI and KPIs to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
  • Create new web pages and landing pages, optimize the user experience through our website, and manage the delivery of small website projects.
  • Upload copy and images for the organization's website – WordPress.
  • Design digital banner ads and adverts.
  • Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, latest technology, and best practices.
  • Assist with lead generation activities.
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing plans.
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Suite of products, and WordPress.
  • Familiarity with web design.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
