Employed Fitness Instructor and Self-employed Personal Coach.

Initially, you will be employed by JD Gyms on a part-time basis (12 hours a week), fulfilling 3 x 4-hour shifts as a Fitness Instructor, with a monthly salary.

JD Gyms is proud of its management career advancement programs, designed to help you cultivate your leadership abilities and prepare for the next steps in your career.

Additionally, outside of your employed hours as a Fitness Instructor, you will pay a monthly fee to operate your self-employed Personal Coaching business from the gym, gaining access to thousands of leads from current and new members who join daily. We also provide an internal dedicated PT Business Support team to assist you in building and growing a successful coaching business.

Fitness Instructor Role Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with members to ensure they enjoy a world-class experience during every visit to JD Gyms. This includes upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, interacting with members on the gym floor, leading gym inductions, and conducting engaging group exercise classes.
