At Babcock, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As a Physical Education Support Facilitator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the facility and equipment are serviceable and fit for use.

The Role

As a Physical Education Support Facilitator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all equipment is safe for use in line with all H&S regulations.
  • Inventory management for all stock.
  • Coordinating activities and member details.
  • Organizing instructor courses and conducting site-specific induction training and documentation for all trained and qualified ERCA instructors.

This is a full-time role based onsite at RAF Cranwell.

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Understanding of H&S legislation.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.

Qualifications

  • Lyon PPE qualified (essential but can be completed once recruited).
  • High Ropes Instructor (essential but can be completed once recruited).
  • NPLQ (Lifeguarding) (can be completed once recruited).

Security Clearance

  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS Clearance.
  • Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
