Company Overview:
Quattro RS is a leader in providing specialized treatments, including Non-Destructive Testing, Electroplating, Anodising, Painting, and Process Evaluation.

Position Summary:
This position is integral to the Engineering Team, directly reporting to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Process Compliance Engineer, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Engaging with management, various departments, and personnel to ensure adherence to specifications and compliance with specialized processes.
  • Collaborating with the Quality Manager to maintain compliance with industry standards such as ISO9001 and NADCAP, while identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions for both internal and external discrepancies.
  • Interfacing with clients and primary customers to verify compliance with their requirements, identifying any gaps or discrepancies, and determining necessary concessions.
  • Modifying internal processes and data documentation to align with specific operational needs or to ensure compliance with the latest regulatory surface treatment standards.
  • Providing guidance to clients and primary customers on optimal processing methods to fulfill their requirements.
  • Working with certification bodies to uphold and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO9001, NADCAP, and approvals from primary customers.
  • Identifying discrepancies, gaps, and corrective measures through Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA), and consulting with clients and primary customers as needed to ensure compliance and necessary concessions.
  • Providing occasional coverage for team members during absences due to holidays or illness, and generating process data documentation to meet specific client and specification needs.
  • Collaborating with the Quality Manager to address and resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Applied Sciences.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Special Processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Anodising, Electroplating, Electroless coatings, Conversion Coatings, Primers, and Paints.
  • Thorough knowledge of NADCAP and ISO9001 standards.
  • Willingness to complete a series of assessments as part of the role to obtain necessary customer approvals.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:45pm, Friday 8am to 2pm.
