Plumber Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team at Rock Compliance Ltd in the Harlow/Epping/Brentwood region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fitting and installing unvented hot water systems, including direct and indirect systems.
  • TMV servicing and installation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitoring of hot water systems to prevent any issues or malfunctions.
  • Clean and disinfection of CWSTs to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Dead leg removal and pipe modification, including 15mm, 22mm, and 35mm pipes.
  • Copper pipe work and fittings using solder ring, compression, and press fit methods.
  • Closed Systems Testing, Analysis, and Dosing to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Control of labour on site and checking fitters' work to ensure high-quality results.
Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the plumbing industry.
  • NVQ Level 2 or higher in plumbing, demonstrating a strong foundation in the trade.
  • Basic understanding of water hygiene principles and practices.
  • Excellent organisation and time-keeping skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Standards, systems, procedures, and process-focused, with a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to use own initiative and desire to learn and achieve.
  • Occasional overnight stays may be required, and a full Clean Driving License is necessary.
