Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team. As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our hotels and facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain hotel rooms, external areas, and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing work.
- Conduct periodic health and safety checks, including fire safety and risk assessments.
- Experience in a maintenance environment, with skills in handy trades such as carpentry, joinery, plumbing, or electrics.
- Experience in painting and decorating.
- Ideal candidate will hold a qualification in a relevant trade.
