About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Lubrication Technician to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment by performing routine maintenance and lubrication tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and lubrication tasks on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and take corrective action
  • Use lubricants and other materials to apply to rotating elements and other moving parts
  • Set routes and work on predefined routes to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Manage weekly stock take and update the system of low levels of stock to ensure sufficient stock levels
  • Deliver lubrication know-how using techniques and methodologies to optimize regime
  • Carry out first-line maintenance activities, assessing and escalating issues when necessary
  • Liaise with the client regarding lubrication issues as identified during day-to-day duties
  • Carrying out repairs and modifications to issues found whilst carrying out lubrication duties as required in a safe and efficient manner
  • Assisting with lubrication training of the client's operational personnel as and when required
  • Reporting asset defects to the client and entering notifications on the client's ERP system
About You
  • You will have Tribology knowledge and methodology of lubricants
  • You will have exposure to rotating equipment and be able to confidently support with training where necessary
  • You will have obtained a technical apprenticeship, A level or relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • You will have proficient computer skills
