About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Lubrication Technician to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lubricate bearings, spray chains, and fill oil bots using a pre-defined selection of assets
  • Apply lubricants to rotating elements to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow a set route and work on predefined routes using an iPad
  • Manage weekly stock takes and update the system to ensure sufficient stock levels
  • Deliver lubrication expertise using techniques and methodologies to optimize regime
  • Perform first-line maintenance activities, assessing and escalating issues when necessary
  • Liaise with clients regarding lubrication issues identified during day-to-day duties
  • Carry out repairs and modifications to issues found while carrying out lubrication duties in a safe and efficient manner
  • Assist with lubrication training of operational personnel as required
  • Report asset defects to clients and enter notifications on their ERP system
About You
  • You have Tribology knowledge and methodology of lubricants
  • You have exposure to rotating equipment and can confidently support with training where necessary
  • You have obtained a technical apprenticeship, A-level, or relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • You have proficient computer skills
