- Lead and supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent care and support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that young people's needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with external agencies, such as local authorities and healthcare professionals, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting equal opportunities and challenging any discriminatory behavior.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience working in children's residential care settings, with a proven track record of providing high-quality care and support.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and supervise junior staff members.
- Level 3 or 4 qualification in residential childcare, or equivalent.
- Ability to commit to full-time working hours, including sleep-ins and occasional residential trips.
- Manual driving license and ability to drive a vehicle.
