Halmer Recruit is seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our client's retail distribution business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by building business relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their needs and concerns.
  • Utilize technology to support the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on customer inquiries and qualified leads.
  • Schedule surveys for the Field Sales Team, facilitating interactions with potential clients through video conferencing or in-person meetings.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and adaptable individual.
