Key Responsibilities

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills and Coach Service training. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding how individual productivity impacts the store's overall performance;
  • Representing Coach as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's values and attitude;
  • Modeling sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs;
  • Maintaining high energy levels on the sales floor;
  • Consistently achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Participating as a team member and encouraging the team to meet and exceed performance standards;

Requirements

  • Excellent English proficiency is essential for effective communication with customers and colleagues;
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment is mandatory;
  • A background in luxury retail is desirable, but not essential;
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, and navigate the sales floor with ease.
